Answer Those Burning Questions

Although the wedding is in Glenville, we’re recommending people stay in nearby Highlands. There is more of a town there where you can grab a coffee, do a lil shopping, hit the botanical garden and hang with other guests! We will also be having the shuttle pick up/drop off from Highlands. The ride is about 30 min each way.
If you don’t want to stay in Highlands, you can stay in nearby Cashiers (about 15 min from the venue), but there is not much to do here and you’ll have to drive to the wedding.

We’re so excited to see everyone dressed up!! The dress code is formal cocktail, airing on the fancier side. Please wear whatever makes you feel comfortable, but take this as an opportunity to wear something you don’t usually get to wear! A bright color, a cool texture, go crazy!! We just ask no white (obvi), no jeans, no t-shirts or polo shirts.
Please also be aware that the ceremony site is on a grassy hill and the walk to the reception area is a on a slight hill (weather permitting, but pls good vibes for some SUN). Stilettos are probs not your best bet, but wear whatever you’d like! Any guests with mobility concerns can use the venue’s golf cart, just let us know when you RSVP!

We want everyone to have fun and have a pal to hang out with! With that being said, we have specified if you have a plus one on your RSVP or we know you have some good friends on the guest list.

We love your babes, but this is a child-free celebration. We specified in your RSVP who all is invited with your crew, but if you have a wee babe, take this as an opportunity to have a fun date night!!

Your presence is a present!! We understand it’s expensive to travel, find a place to stay and get off of work. You’re absolutely not obligated to get us anything!! However, if you truly insist, you can contribute to our honeymoon fund, as we have a fully furnished home. If you’d like to send a few dollars for our trip to Australia and New Zealand, you can contribute here.

If you can give us a shout by March 1, that would be great. We’re so excited to see everyone!!

The ceremony is at 4PM, so if you can arrive by 3:30/3:45, that will be perfect so you can find your seat, use the restroom, grab a lil drinky and get cozy!

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside (weather permitting). It’ll be a lil colder in the mountains than our Georgia pals might expect so bring a little shawl/jacket ting if you’re cold natured.

Yes! There is parking there if you would like to drive! HOWEVER, there is no uber or lyft in the area. So if you have a lil too much fun, you’ll either need to hitch a ride with someone else or find a taxi, which are not plentiful round these parts. If you’re on the fence, we recommend grabbing the shuttle.

Jenna will update shuttle details once we get em.
